SCANDIA INN
Found in the heart of McCall, Idaho, the Scandia Inn has offered guests comfortable, clean rooms at low rates since 1976. Recently, in the spring of 2020, new management decided that McCall’s best kept secret needed a makeover.
Scandia Inn partnered with the Maddyn Homes design team to bring a fresh take on Scandinavian design elements to Scandia Inn. Guests now enjoy jaw-dropping views as they enter their rooms along with a cedar barrel sauna and nordic style lodge as a common area.
NORDIC INN
Located in the heart of McCall and just a short walk from Payette Lake and the center of town, Nordic Innn has been contributing to McCall’s history for almost 40 years. Throughout the years, The Rustic Inn has been remodeled several times, but with each iteration of the property, it maintained a comfy “Rustic” cabin aesthetic. The rooms were adorned with log furniture, cozy flannel, and wood paneling.
The Maddyn Homes team decided to make the iconic building more bold and beautiful. Thoughtfully designed with black stain, rusted patina metal signage, barnwood shiplap accent walls, and more; the details tie it all together and pay homage to the original Rustic feel. Each and every room was completely renovated with new flooring, paint, crisp white bedding, and a fresh aesthetic. A mountain modern haven— the perfect place to lay your head after a day of adventure in epic McCall. Rest assured, what hasn't changed is Nordic Inn's dedication to this small town community!
